This agreement between The 700 Group (“The 700 Group,” “We,” “Our,” “Ours,” or “Us”) and You the Client listed above (“Client,” “You” or “Your”) is a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”). The 700 Group provides procedural services under this Program to assist its clients who desire to protect their credit file and finances by facilitating removal of inaccurate, outdated, and possibly fraudulent information contained on their credit reports (the “Services”). For any efforts to be effective, you must be truthful and diligent in giving complete and accurate information to Us. The 700 Group reserves the right to cancel this Agreement if We believe that You provided or may provide false or fraudulent information to Us, Your creditors or the credit bureaus.

Please note that We do not provide legal advice. We recommend that You consult Your attorney and/or thoroughly read the Fair Credit Reporting Act or the Bill of Rights before You seek advice from Us. The 700 Group accepts no liability, nor responsibility for any damage or loss caused by Your use or misuse of the information provided in connection with the Services.

Disclaimer: We are not a credit repair agency. By signing this Agreement, You acknowledge that there are inconsistencies, errors and items on your consumer credit reports that are unknown to You and permission was never requested or given to have Your personal information provided to the public, sold for profit or not protected in what You feel is a proper way.

You may receive communications requesting additional information from the credit bureaus and individual creditors investigating a claim of erroneous, inaccurate, or outdated information on one or more of your alleged credit accounts. You should NOT respond to any such requests for additional information. All necessary information will have been provided to them by The 700 Group as part of the Services performed under this Agreement.

This Program provides:

We will provide a monthly credit evaluation, credit education resources, referral partner resources, trade lines (separate fee involved), monthly credit monitoring, debt settlement, and unlimited monthly Disputing of Your Credit Reports containing inaccurate, erroneous, false, fraudulent, or obsolete information being reported by credit reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax and Transunion;

All necessary correspondence in facilitating removal of inaccurate, erroneous, false, misreported, fraudulent or obsolete information in your credit reports that is negatively impacting you; and

Process and prepare documents needed to facilitate removal or correction of all such negative record entries on credit reports; and contact creditors to negotiate settlements (3% fee on all monies saved in settlement negotiations) as well as, when necessary, file proper documents with local or state authorities.

There will be personal one on one introductions to 3^rd party referral partners, when applicable. When applicable for your personal credit goals we may introduce you to a relator, broker, car dealer or loan officer. Referral partners and us will openly talk about your credit file. You also authorize us to research and apply for credit in your name (3% approval fee for any accounts approved and opened), when applicable. We will never apply for anything without first discussing with you on the offer of the loan/card and its perks and benefits. The 700 Group works towards your credit goals. In discretion with our referral partners, we will work closely together to ensure that all aspects of your credit goals are met. Our referral partners will not use any of your personal information without your permission.

To enable and authorize The 700 Group to assist you in this process, please read and sign to give The 700 Group Limited Power of Attorney for the duration of services. You may revoke your limited power of attorney by requesting a Revocation of Limited Power of Attorney form at any time. This power of attorney only relates to your credit reports, and permission to speak on your behalf with any creditors, collection agency, or lenders offering credit.

Credit Scores: Although we cannot guarantee by law a certain outcome, we know that by utilizing the Federal Law, certain state Privacy Laws, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. we can assist You in correcting your consumer credit reports and assist in protecting you against future credit concerns provided you are enrolled with ID Theft Defenders 3 Bureau Credit Report monthly monitoring services.

Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute arising from the performance or breach hereof will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, including any exhibits to the agreement, sets forth the entire agreement regarding the subject matter of the agreement and supersedes and terminates all prior agreements and understandings between you and us No subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Agreement will be binding upon you or us unless reduced to writing and signed by you and us.

Non-Profit Credit Counseling Services: You have the right to hire a non-profit credit counseling service.

Customer Responsibilities and Communications: You agree to assist us in answering certain security questions regarding your identity and credit history as it may be necessary to obtain your credit reports. You agree to supply us with credit bureau approved documents to prove your identity and place of residence (Driver’s License, Proof of Social Security Number, Proof of Residence - we will be asking for new Proof of Residence every 3 months). You also give us permission to review new credit reports from time to time as necessary by logging into your credit monitoring service with your personal login. If we cannot get access to your 3 Bureau Credit Reports each month and credit bureau approved documents when requested, this agreement will be cancelled and will become null and void. You agree to keep the monthly subscription of $15.99 with ID Theft Defender active for the duration of this Agreement and to notify us of any password changes and allow us to refresh the credit reports so they are in sync with the process. If you refresh the report early, you agree to pay the additional fee of $15.99 to ID Theft Defender when we refresh to get a new credit report for next round of work to be done. We must be able to access the ID Theft Defender service at will and access the most current and up to date information to allow us to provide the best service possible. To properly analyze the results, the 3 Bureau report gives a detailed, consistent look every month, as other services such as creditkarma and Experian tend to give inconsistencies.

Staffing: We may assign clerical staff, or others to perform work on your case. You agree services in connection with Our representation of You may be performed by any associate of The 700 Group.

Your Right to Cancel Agreement: By signing this Agreement, you agree to its conditions, agree to be truthful with Us, and You understand that no promises have been made by Us to You outside of this Agreement. You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd day after the date on which you signed the contract by emailing us at: askmehow@the700group.com
